Manage a poll

After setting up a poll, you may need to make adjustments or delete it entirely. Here’s how to manage your poll effectively:

Use the /botimum slash command in Slack to access the Botimum dashboard. From there, you can select the poll you want to manage and make necessary changes, including:

• Edit poll options
• Adjust Schedule
• Change Settings
• Pause, resume, or delete a poll

Alternatively, you can log into the Botimum web console to access the management features, providing a comprehensive view of your poll settings and allowing for easy modifications.

Pause rather than delete

It’s recommended to pause a poll rather than delete it if you need to temporarily halt the poll. This will suspend all reminders and reporting until you resume the poll. You can still access past data and reports from the web dashboard.

Deleting a poll will remove all associated data, including past responses and reports.
