We only charge for active members using our service. Active members are those involved in recurring workflows—whether managing, viewing reports, or editing settings. So, if you have 100 members and 25 are active, you only pay for those 25. One-time workflows are always free!

Your bill is prorated. When you add members to workflows mid-billing cycle, we only charge for the remaining time in that period. For example, if you add a member 10 days in, you'll be billed an extra $1 on your next renewal. This is calculated by dividing the $1.5 (per member per month) by 30 days, then multiplying by the 20 remaining days. For annual payments, we use your credits for any new members added. If credits run out before the year ends, we’ll charge based on the updated member count and notify you 7 days prior.

To cancel, simply deactivate Botimum by removing the integration from Slack. Any unused time will be saved as credits in your account, which your team can use later without paying until they’re used up. For refunds, please reach out to our live support.
