At Botimum, we strive to provide a service that meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure clarity and transparency:
We offer a 14-day free trial to allow new users to explore our services before committing to a paid subscription. During this period, no charges will be made. If you choose to cancel within the trial period, no payment is required.
Refunds are available only for the following situations:
We do not offer refunds for subscriptions that have been actively used during the billing period.
Mid-cycle cancellations are not eligible for refunds; however, any unused time will be converted to account credits, which can be used for future services.
Refunds are not available for annual subscriptions after 7 days of activation unless a billing error has occurred.
If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, any unused time will be converted into credits that can be applied to future services. These credits will remain in your account until used or until the expiration of 3 months.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at hi@botimum.com with your account details and reason for the refund. All refund requests will be evaluated based on our eligibility criteria.
