Common Technical Issues and Solutions
While using Botimum, you may encounter some common issues. Here are a few scenarios and their solutions:
If a Channel Not Found
If you receive a message indicating that a channel cannot be found, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Channel Deletion: The channel may have been deleted. In this case, you will need to recreate the channel or select a different active channel for your check in/out or poll.
- Channel Archived: The channel may have been archived. You can unarchive the channel or choose an alternative active channel to continue using Botimum.
If Bot Removed from Channel:
If @Botimum
has been removed from the channel accidentally, you will need to invite the bot back into the channel using the /invite @Botimum
command.
If a workflow Not Triggered:
Please contact us if Botimum doesn’t work as expected. We will investigate the issue and provide a solution.
